Master Roaster

The Master Roasting Course is an intensive program focused on a deep understanding of the roasting process and its impact on coffee. Over 5 days, participants develop practical skills in roasting and sensory analysis, learning to make informed decisions at every stage of the process.

The course includes one day of real-world experience in a roastery, providing direct exposure to a professional environment and reinforcing the knowledge acquired through hands-on practice.

The course is taught over 6 non-consecutive days, with dates to be confirmed directly with the school.

– 1 day of sensory analysis training
– 3 days of roasting training
– 1 day of training / hands-on work in a roastery
