One of our core areas of activity is offering SCA coffee courses. With regard to brewing course, we are authorised to issue the foundation, intermediate and professional level certification.<\/p>\n

During this course that train your brewing skills, you\u2019ll learn to master various methods of coffee brewing and identify as well as understand different factors that affect the quality of the final product, that is, the coffee in your cup.<\/p>\n

For the practical coffee course intermediate level<\/span><\/strong>, it is recommended to have at least one year of experience in this field. The focus of this coffee training is to learn how to adjust the grind for the brewing method to achieve the best possible cup, as well as to understand the additional variables that contribute to a high-quality final result. After completing practical tests and a final written exam, you will receive an SCA Intermediate Brewing certification.<\/p>\n

For embarking on this brewing course at professional level<\/strong>, it is obligatory to have obtained the intermediate level first. At the centre of the course are the following elements: effects of grind particle size and of different temperatures; levels of acidity in your coffee at various points within the brewing process; varying water qualities as well as different degrees of roast and their corresponding influences.<\/p>\n
