The Master Course is an intensive and comprehensive program designed for those who want to build a solid foundation as multidisciplinary coffee professionals. Over 6 days, participants cover all essential areas, including barista skills, brewing, sensory analysis, and latte art.

The training is strongly hands-on and concludes with a day of real-world experience working in a coffee shop, allowing participants to apply their knowledge in a professional setting and gain an integrated view of service and daily operations.
